Our goal is to be a resource for cat, dog, and horse owners. We are happy to answer questions and strive to provide the best service possible and support. Our goal is to fill and ship every order within 24 hours. ThrivingPets.com guarantees your complete satisfication or your money back.
If you order a medication that requires a prescription, you will be required to enter some additional information during checkout. If you have never order the medication and strength for the particular patient before, you will need to select "New Prescription" during checkout. After selecting "New Prescription" you will presented with 3 ways to get the prescription to ThrivingPets-
Please select the option that works best for you. You will also need to enter some information on your pet and your vet to facilitate matching the prescription to your order. After you have entered your vet and pet information be sure to select the appropriate pet and vet for each medication before proceeding to the "Payment Information" section of the checkout process. If this is a refill of a medication you have purchased from ThrivingPets previously in the same strength and for the same patient, please select "Prescription on File." If you have the prescription number handy, please enter it in the space provided titled "Prescription ID:" If you do not have the prescription number, please leave this field blank and we will look up your prescription by the patient's name. Please remember to select the correct pet and vet before proceeding to "Payment Information" section of the checkout process. ThrivingPets takes protecting your personal information very seriously- we will never sell, rent or otherwise divulge your personal information. ThrivingPets does not save your credit card information. In fact, if you place your order online, ThrivingPets does not even take possession as you submit this information directly to a secure credit card processor through our secure, 128-bit connection.
Shipping & Handling
ThrivingPets.com offers free shipping for online orders over $60. Shipping costs are a significant expense today particularly given the high gas prices. We keep shipping costs as affordable as possible by providing a variety of shipping options, giving you our discounted volume shipping rates, and charging a modest handling fee of $2 per order to cover our packaging supplies and out-of-state licensing expenses . Shipping charges are determined by the weight of the items purchased rather than the dollar value of your order- saving you money. In general, choosing USPS First Class Mail, when available, will provide you with the best value. First Class Mail is an air service and is very reasonably priced. Please note that the Postal Service does not guarantee delivery times for First Class Mail but estimates 2-5 delivery days. Fedex delivers Ground and Air shipments to businesses Monday through Friday. FedEx delivers Ground shipments to homes Tuesday through Saturday and Air shipments Monday through Friday. Please note when you select FedEx 2Day, the shipping days start the day after your order is shipped and only include days when FedEx will deliver to your business/residence. For example, if you place an order and select FedEx 2Day and your order ships on a Thursday, you will receive your order on Monday. If you select FedEx Overnight for an order that ships on Friday, you will receive your order on Monday (the next business day). If you choose to return an item, the cost of shipping returns back to ThrivingPets is the client's responsibility. Lost or stolen shipments are the sole responsibility of the carrier and the client. ThrivingPets.com will only ship products within the United States.
ThrivingPets.com is happy to take returns on any unopened over-the-counter (non-prescription) products within 30 days. State pharmacy law prohibits accepting returns of all prescription items and opened over-the-counter medications, so ThrivingPets will not accept returns on these items. ThrivingPets.com charges a re-stocking fee of 10% on all allowable returns to cover our administrative costs. Refunds will be net of all shipping expenses. Orders that are refused or returned without prior approval of ThrivingPets and without a return authorization number will not be issued any credit. If you submit your order to ThrivingPets.com you agree to be bound by the terms of the ThrivingPets.com return policy.
Order Cancellation Policy
Any order canceled by the purchaser prior to shipping will incur a 10% order cancellation fee. Orders that have already shipped fall under ThrivingPets.com's Return Policy above.
